Abergavenny Film Society, the longest running in Wales, was established in 1978 by a group of friends with a common interest in world cinema and independent films. From the outset, the Society has shown programmes of films carefully chosen from what they consider to be the best available from around the world. Our 2022-2023 season, starting on 21st September 2022, is no exception.

Film notes are available on the door and audience members are encouraged to rate the film they have seen via a Google form online. We use audience reactions to help us when choosing films.
